FSX Co-Op

Postby sharpey » Sun Feb 07, 2010 11:01 am

Hey Everyone,

One of the many attractions of fsx for me was the ability to fly together with someone,
I have tried it a couple of times and i must say it gives another feeling of realism for flight simulation.
Does anyone else use FSX and would they be interested in sharing a couple of flights.
Okay thanks,

Hi Sharpey,

There are heaps of FSX sessions active all the time. A lot
depends on the type of flying you enjoy.

I host 3-4 sessions each week and log approx 8hrs a week online, but no one from this VA
seems to participate much, as its mostly low level, GA type flying.

That said, I 'm always up for a session in say the 737-800, and
the only payware aircraft I have which is a bit larger than small GA, is the
Capt Sim 727 and the PMDG J41 Jetstream.

We also use the shared cockpit setup frequently, which is a real buzz!!

Cheers :D

Mark,

Nah, we always make our online flyers pass a full
medical and give them a RBT, before we share cockpits.

We are very safety conscious

Mind you, I had a passenger cut the magnetos, on a Tiger Moth on finals
a few nights ago, Thank god them things can glide !!!

Cheers

Hey Guys,

How u doin?, and thanks for the response's.

Tony ill have to keep in touch and share a flight with you one day.
GA aircraft dont worry me as they are as much fun as some of the bigger birds anyway.
By any chance do you own the realair duke B60, this has to be one of the best addon GA aircrafts for Flightsim?
I was a masive boeing fan, but my interests have shifted mainly to the airbus and learning the full systems/autoflight through the wilco.
I also have the Captn Sim 727 and find that a real challenge, especially time wise to get all the systems up etc so an extra pair of hands would
be nice.
Lol Mark, I had a look at that topic very sad but a good story in the end.

See you in the air guys,
Thanks again for the replys
Now where did i leave that Airbus?

Sharpey,

Yes I also have the Duke, and am flying it now as it happens.

I downloaded the 1.5 update today, which hopefully has improved its
multiplayer performance.

Look here for online sessions.
